Located right off the shore of Lake Michigan in Green Bay, Bay Beach offers fun for the whole family! There is no admission or parking fee and each ride ticket costs only a quarter. Rides take anywhere from one ride ticket to four a person. This is a great way to spend time with friends and family while watching how much you spend.
In the heart of downtown Green Bay, the Neville Public Museum offers affordable admission to families visiting. Kids 5 and under are free, kids 6 to 15 years are $3.00, and adults are only $7.00 to enter. If you live in Brown County, bring proof of residency and you can get in for free between the hours of 5 pm and 8 pm on the first Wednesday of every month regardless of your age! Also, there is no parking fee.
Looking to get outdoors? The Fox River State Trail is open for anyone to walk, bike, skate, skateboard, or horseback ride. Dogs are welcome if they are leashed and cleaned up after. Walking is free to anyone, but those 16 years and over need a trail pass for any other activity on the trail. Passes are available for $5 a day or only $25 for the whole year!
If your kids are feeling adventurous and would love to see some animals, consider going to the NEW Zoo & Adventure Park! Admission is $9 for adults, $6 for kids aged 3 to 15, and $6 for seniors. Children 2 and under get in for free.
