There are a lot of festivity options for St. Patrick’s Day, but one of the most family-friendly options is the famous St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Whether you are walking in one to celebrate your Irish heritage, or just like to bring the kids to see waves of green-clad celebrants, they are almost always a good time. Most cities have one, so here are a few Green Bay area, Northeast Wisconsin St. Patrick’s Day Parades 2016.

Green Bay St. Patrick’s Day Parade 2016
This year’s Green Bay St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be on Saturday, March 12 2016. Organized by the Shamrock Club of Green Bay, this family friendly event promises to feature plenty of green, and a lot of good cheer. The parade will begin at 10:30 a.m. on the City Deck, and will finish at St. Brendan’s Inn. Find more details here.

New London St. Patrick’s Day Parade 2016
Including a full week of festivities, the New London St. Patrick’s Day parade will take place on March 19 at 1 p.m., but only showing up for this grand procession (which usually has 125 or more participating groups with awesome floats and vehicles) would be a wasted opportunity. The rest of the week will features music, fun, and festivities, from starting on Monday, March 14 and wrapping up with the huge New Dublin Irish Fest. Sturgeon Bay St. Patrick’s Day 2016 Parade
Festivities in Sturgeon Bay in Door County will officially begin Friday, March 11 with live music and events throughout the area, with the parade at 11 a.m., Saturday morning. Starting at Sawyer Park and ending on the corner of Jefferson and Sixth Avenue, this parade wind through town. Check out the route and more information about events here.
Shawano Area St. Patrick’s Day Parade 2016
The Mooseyard St. Patrick’s Day Parade will begin at 11 a.m. on March 19 at Shawano Lake Golf Course, and eventually end on North Bay Court. Food and festivities will be available. Learn more here.
Oshkosh WI St. Patrick’s Day Parade 2016
The Oshkosh St. Patrick’s Day 4th Annual Parade and Tent Party will be Saturday, March 19. Festivities will begin at 1 p.m., with the parade starting at 2:00pm from Ceape Avenue and moving up to Irving Avenue. Learn more or even register to take part here.
